Wes Ide doesn't have the permissions to ban anyone. I've been trying to avoid this situation, but I feel I should clarify on what took place. MY SN is Anghellic Karma.[/quote] I don't do the AIM thing, so I went to the thread and saw it, and hid it within the spoiler tag on the site, but the problem was that the mouseover feature on JC still shows content within a spoiler tag (not sure how to rectify that). I also suspended theBDN while I tried to get in touch with NFN and collectively reach a decision. I found this out later from NFN (see below), but I think what happened next is that theBDN phoned NFN about being suspended. NFN then unsuspended theBDN. Next thing that happened was a flood of topics all with spoilers as the title from theBDN. I, of course, suspended him again while trying to get in touch with NFN. Once I did, we talked. We traded our opinions on the matter. In the end, NFN and I mutually decided that, since he is friends with theBDN in real life, NFN would tell him to cut it out and in exchange he would not be suspended. If spoilers were brought up again, then he would be banned. We both agreed on this. theBDN returned, and immediately posted a thread calling out Wes Ide. I clicked it, and saw that theBDN knew about Wes Ide's PM. I also saw that theBDN had turned his signature into the spoiler. Per our mutual agreement, I then banned theBDN. Immediately, I got in touch with NFN, told him what I had done and suggested that the ban should hold up at least until the day after the book was released, since theBDN had no qualms giving us both the finger and doing whatever he wanted, and potentially runing others' fun. NFN agreed, and said he would not unban theBDN. I also asked about how theBDN knew about Wes Ide's PM, and NFN said he had seen Wes Ide's IM to him. NFN said that when theBDN had originally been suspended, he had called up NFN at home, NFN had laughed, asking what theBDN did to piss off Wes Ide. In the end, it was a decision by the Admins.
